Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Executive located in Kozhikode. The successful candidate will manage new business development, identify and generate leads, build and maintain strong client relationships, and oversee account management tasks. Responsibilities include pitching products and services, developing growth strategies, achieving sales targets, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Proven expertise in New Business Development and Lead Generation
• Strong skills in Business Strategy and Growth Planning
• Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience in Account Management and client relationship building
• Knowledge or experience in sales and marketing processes is an advantage
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-based environment
