Job Description – Business Development Executive

About the Role
WeCare Club is looking for a proactive and target-driven Business Development Executive to support business growth through client acquisition, corporate partnerships, and market expansion. This role is ideal for candidates passionate about sales, relationship building, and on-ground business development.
Key Responsibilities
* Identify and approach potential corporate clients and business opportunities
* Generate leads through field visits, networking, referrals, and outreach
* Conduct client meetings, presentations, and service pitches
* Build and maintain strong client relationships
* Support onboarding and coordinate with internal teams for smooth execution
* Conduct market and competitor research
* Prepare proposals, quotations, and sales reports
* Achieve sales targets and contribute to business growth
Experience & Skills
* Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce, or related field
* 1–3 years of experience in sales, business development, or client-facing roles
* Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
* Basic MS Office knowledge (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
* Self-motivated, professional, and growth-oriented
* Experience in F&B, Hospitality, FMCG, or B2B sectors is a plus
* Regular field visits required; two-wheeler access is mandatory
