Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Executive located in Bengaluru. The Business Development Executive will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, generating high-quality leads, managing client accounts, and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders. The role involves working closely with multiple teams, presenting growth strategies, and achieving sales targets while contributing to the overall business goals.

Qualifications

  • Proven skills in New Business Development and Lead Generation
  • Experience in building and maintaining Business and Account Management practices
  • Excellent Communication skills, with the ability to negotiate and engage effectively
  • Demonstrated ability to meet targets, analyze markets, and identify growth opportunities
  • Strong organizational skills, self-motivation, and a results-driven approach
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a relevant field is preferred
  • Experience in the real estate or proptech sector is an advantage
