Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our IT Sales team in India. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT sales and a passion for developing new business relationships.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the IT sales sector.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with potential and existing clients.
  • Conduct market research to understand customer needs and industry trends.
  • Prepare and deliver engaging presentations and proposals to clients.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to strategize business development initiatives.

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 3-8 years of experience in IT sales or business development.
  • Strong understanding of IT products and services.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to analyze market trends and customer needs to develop effective sales strategies.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Strong negotiation skills and the ability to close deals effectively.
