Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Business Development Manager (BDM) for our Real Estate company. The candidate will be responsible for handling incoming leads, coordinating with potential clients, and converting inquiries into site visits and sales.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle and manage incoming leads generated through AI tools, digital marketing, portals, and campaigns
  • Coordinate with prospective clients .
  • Understand client requirements and suggest suitable real estate projects
  • Schedule site visits and coordinate with sales/site teams
  • Maintain proper follow-up and ensure timely client communication
  • Prepare and present sales proposals and project details
  • Maintain CRM and update lead status regularly
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships
  • Also dealing with the brokers and resolve there issues .
  • Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • Proven experience as a BDM / Sales Manager in Real Estate
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to close deals and handle objections
  • Knowledge of CRM systems and lead management
  • Self-motivated and target-oriented
