About the Role:
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Executive (BDE) to drive growth for our Financial Offshoring & Accounting Outsourcing services across the UK & Ireland market.
The role involves identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and converting leads into long-term partnerships within the Accounting & Finance sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the UK & Ireland region.
- Generate leads through:
- Cold calling
- Email campaigns
- LinkedIn outreach
- Referrals and networking
- Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers such as:
- Accountancy firms
- CFOs
- Finance managers
- Practice owners
- Understand client requirements and position outsourcing solutions accordingly.
- Support senior sales leaders in expanding the sales pipeline.
- Maintain and track sales activities using CRM & MIS tools.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
What We're Looking For:
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
- Confident in engaging international clients (UK/Ireland market exposure preferred).
- Self-driven, target-oriented, and comfortable working independently.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
- Ability to research and understand accounting outsourcing services.
- Experience in Outsourcing, KPO, BPO, IT Services, or International Sales will be an added advantage.
Qualification:
- Any Graduate or Postgraduate.
- Candidates confident in engaging clients in the Accounting & Finance sector are encouraged to apply.
