About The Role
We are looking for energetic and motivated Business Development Executives to support on-ground sales activities through regular bank-to-bank visits. This role involves building strong relationships with bank staff, explaining products and services, and coordinating closely with internal teams. This position is ideal for candidates who are comfortable with fieldwork and confident in client interactions.
Key Responsibilities
- Visit assigned banks daily as part of business development activities
- Explain products and services clearly to bank staff
- Build and maintain strong professional relationships with bank representatives
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution
- Share daily activity updates and basic sales reports
- Travel regularly across assigned bank locations
Required Skills
- Fluency in Kannada is mandatory
- Working knowledge of English is required
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
- Willingness to travel bank-to-bank on a regular basis
- Confident, presentable, and customer-focused attitude
- Ability to work independently in a field-based role
