Job Role: Business Development Executive

Location: Koramangala, Bangalore

Job Overview:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and goal-oriented Business Development Executive (Fresher) to join our staffing/recruitment team. The candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, generating leads, building client relationships, and supporting revenue growth in the staffing domain.

This role is ideal for recent graduates who are interested in sales, recruitment, and corporate client handling.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and research potential clients in IT / Non-IT sectors.
  • Generate leads through cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn, and networking.
  • Fix meetings with HR Managers, Talent Acquisition Heads, and decision-makers.
  • Present company staffing services to prospective clients.
  • Understand client hiring needs and coordinate with recruitment teams.
  • Prepare proposals, pricing discussions, and close deals.
  • Maintain a database of prospects and follow-ups.
  • Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets.
  • Build long-term client relationships.

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Bachelor's degree (BBA / B.Com / MBA Marketing preferred).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic understanding of recruitment/staffing industry (preferred but not mandatory).
  • Confident in speaking with corporate clients.
  • Self-motivated and target-driven attitude.
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office and email communication.
