Job Description

Job Title: Business Development Executive – Digital Marketing Sales

Department: Sales & Marketing

Location: WFO

Experience required: 1–4 years (Any B2B Sales- Must Require)

Employment Type: Full-time

Work Shift: US Shift Timings 6:30pm to 3:30AM IST

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our Digital Marketing Sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, pitching digital marketing services (SEO, PPC, Social Media, Website Development, etc.), and converting leads into long-term clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate qualified leads through cold calling, emails, LinkedIn, and networking.
  • Understand client requirements and pitch tailored digital marketing solutions.
  • Present company services professionally and negotiate deals to close sales.
  • Maintain a strong sales pipeline and CRM with timely updates.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client onboarding and service delivery.
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Attend industry events, webinars, and client meetings as required.
  • Provide accurate forecasting and market insights to the sales leadership.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • 1–4 years of experience in digital marketing sales or IT services sales.
  • Candidate must have any B2B Sales experience.
  • Basic understanding of digital services like SEO, PPC, Social Media, Web Design/Development, etc.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
  • Experience using CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce).
