Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and customer-oriented Sales Executive to support the growing business of our refreshing beverage brand. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating sales through phone calls, maintaining strong retailer relationships, processing orders, and coordinating with logistics for smooth deliveries. This role is office-based and requires excellent communication, negotiation skills, and a passion for achieving targets.

Key Responsibilities
Sales & Market Development
Generate leads and onboard new retail stores, distributors, and wholesalers.
Ensure the availability, visibility, and placement of products in the market.
Achieve monthly sales targets and business goals.
Order Handling & Coordination
Maintain daily sales records and update order sheets.
Coordinate with the logistics team for delivery and inventory updates.
Ensure timely payment follow-ups and proper documentation.
Brand Promotion
Build long-term relationships with retailers and channel partners.
Handle retailer queries and resolve issues promptly.
Reporting & Coordination
Gather market information such as demand trends and competitor updates through client communication.
Suggest improvements based on customer feedback.
Skills & Requirements
13 years of experience in Inside Sales / Tele-Sales.
Excellent communication, convincing skills, and telephone etiquette.
Basic computer knowledge MS Excel, WhatsApp Business, and Email.
Strong relationship-building abilities and a target-driven mindset.
