Role Overview
We are looking for a Sales & Marketing Executive Export Market to support and grow Dudhi Industries international business. This is a hands-on, execution-driven role, involving export lead generation, overseas client coordination, export documentation support, and follow-ups with international buyers in the construction / building materials / FRP / polymer products segment.
Key Responsibilities (KRA)
Export Sales & Business Development
- Generate and manage international B2B export enquiries
- Communicate with foreign buyers, distributors, traders, and contractors
- Conduct email outreach, cold calling, WhatsApp communication, and video meetings
- Support pricing discussions, MOQ finalization, and commercial coordination
Export Marketing & Lead Platforms
- Handle export enquiries from platforms such as IndiaMART Global, Alibaba, TradeIndia.
- Maintain and update export portal profiles and buyer responses
- Share product catalogues, datasheets, drawings, and compliance documents with buyers
Export Documentation & Coordination
- Coordinate preparation of:
- Proforma Invoice
- Commercial Invoice
- Packing List
- Certificate of Origin
- Bill of Lading / AWB
- Liaise with freight forwarders, CHA, and export consultants
- Ensure compliance with INCOTERMS and country-specific export requirements
Internal Coordination
- Coordinate with production, QA, dispatch, and accounts teams
- Track production readiness and shipment schedules
- Support execution from enquiry to final dispatch
Reporting & Documentation
- Maintain CRM / Excel-based export lead tracking
- Prepare weekly and monthly export activity reports
- Ensure proper documentation and communication records
Requirements
Mandatory Eligibility Criteria (Strict Non-Negotiable)
Candidates must meet ALL conditions below:
Experience
- Minimum 4 years of proven experience in:
- Export sales / international B2B marketing OR
- Export coordination in building materials / construction / FRP / polymer products
Education
- Continuous regular education only
- No education gap
- No correspondence / distance / open university qualification
- Graduation mandatory (MBA preferred but NOT required)
Employment Type
- No freelancers
- No independent consultants
- Must be a full-time salaried professional
Skills & Requirements
- Strong written and verbal English communication
- Working knowledge of export documentation & INCOTERMS
- Experience with export portals and international buyer handling
- Proficiency in MS Excel, email drafting, CRM tools
- Ability to coordinate across departments
- Willingness to learn technical FRP / SMC products
- Willingness to travel internationally if required
