UNOLO is a field force management & workforce productivity platform that helps companies manage attendance, tracking, task allocation, and performance of on-ground teams. Our customers include businesses with sales, service, and field operations across India.

We're growing fast and looking for driven sales professionals who can help scale our customer base in the Indian SaaS market.

Role Overview

As a Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for driving new business by identifying prospects, pitching UNOLO's solutions, and closing deals. You will work closely with marketing and customer success teams to ensure a smooth sales and onboarding experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and generate new business opportunities through outbound calls, emails, LinkedIn, and inbound leads
  • Understand customer pain points and position UNOLO as the right solution
  • Conduct product demos for HR, Operations, and Business heads
  • Manage the end-to-end sales cycle: lead qualification demo proposal closure
  • Maintain accurate records in CRM (leads, pipeline, follow-ups, closures)
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets
  • Coordinate with Customer Success for smooth handover post-sale
  • Gather market feedback and share insights with product and leadership teams

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 14 years of experience in SaaS / B2B sales (HRTech, Field Force, ERP, CRM preferred)
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Experience selling to HR, Operations, or Business owners is a plus
  • Comfortable with cold calling and outbound sales
  • Ability to understand a tech product and explain it simply
  • Target-driven mindset with strong follow-up discipline
