Our mission is to develop long-distance, high-payload drones with innovative applications.

Role Overview

We are looking for a motivated Business Development Executive to drive growth and partnerships in the UAV and aerospace sector. This role involves lead generation, market research, client engagement, CRM management, vendor coordination, and close collaboration with internal technical teams. You will play a key role in identifying new opportunities, managing client relationships, and supporting operations from sales outreach to execution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the drone and aerospace sectors.
  • Generate leads through LinkedIn outreach, calls, emails, and industry events.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and customer needs.
  • Coordinate with R&D and technical teams to align solutions with customer requirements.
  • Maintain a strong CRM pipeline, tracking all leads, follow-ups, and closures.
  • Handle client communication, presentations, and requirement gathering.
  • Manage and monitor large volumes of data, ensuring accuracy and reporting.
  • Assist with inventory tracking, vendor coordination, and logistics support.
  • Build and maintain strong client and partner relationships.

What You Need

  • Strong analytical skills and ability to solve problems.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
  • Hands-on experience in Lead Generation, Digital Marketing & Social Media Marketing.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work as an individual contributor and team player.
  • Knowledge of the UAV industry trends and technology
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Prior experience in the aerospace, defense, or technology industry is a plus.
  • Strong interest in drone, aerospace, or defense technology.
