Experience: 1-3 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, Real Estate, or interior-related industries.

Reporting To: Associate Director - Business Development

Role Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Junior Business Development Executive to support our turnkey corporate interior design and fit-out projects. The ideal candidate will assist in lead generation, client coordination, documentation, and supporting the senior BD team throughout the business acquisition cycle, from inquiry to project closure. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who wish to grow in the corporate interiors and turnkey execution sector.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead Generation & Market Outreach:

Generate leads for corporate office turnkey interior fit-out projects through calling, site visits, networking, brokers, and property consultants.

Conduct initial market research and identify potential corporate clients.

Track tenders, RFPs, and assist in preparing submission documents.

Client Coordination & Meetings:

Fix and coordinate client meetings for the Associate Director BD and internal design teams.

Maintain consistent follow-ups and update meeting schedules.

Coordinate site visits, BOQ discussions, design briefs, and initial feasibility checks.

Documentation & Presentation Support:

Prepare company profiles, basic proposals, and client presentations.

Maintain CRM entries, lead records, databases, and follow-up trackers.

Support the senior BD team with negotiation documentation and closure formalities.

Required Skills:

Basic understanding of interior turnkey execution and commercial fit-out processes.

Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Excellent follow-up discipline and coordination abilities.

Professional client-facing personality with strong interpersonal skills.

Qualifications:

Graduate in any discipline (MBA in Marketing preferred).

1-3 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, Real Estate, or interior-related industries.
