Job Description

Job Role Summary

We are seeking a confident and articulate professional responsible for initiating contact with potential clients, understanding their business requirements, and scheduling meetings for the sales or leadership team. The role requires strong communication skills, fluency in English, and the ability to maintain and manage a structured sales pipeline.

Key Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to potential and prospective clients to introduce company services
  • Understand client needs, business challenges, and basic requirements during initial conversations
  • Qualify leads and fix meetings (virtual or in-person) with the sales or management team
  • Maintain and regularly update the sales pipeline using CRM or internal tracking tools
  • Follow up with leads to ensure timely progression through the sales funnel
  • Coordinate with internal sales and marketing teams for smooth handover of qualified leads
  • Maintain professional and positive client communication at all times
  • Prepare basic call reports, lead status updates, and meeting schedules

Required Skills & Competencies

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Strong interpersonal and client-handling skills
  • Confident, persuasive, and professional telephone manner
  • Ability to understand business requirements and ask relevant qualifying questions
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple leads simultaneously
  • Basic knowledge of CRM tools, Excel, or lead management systems is preferred

Educational Qualification

  • Post Graduate degree (MBA or equivalent preferred but not mandatory)

Experience

  • 13 years of experience in telecalling, inside sales, lead generation, or business development
  • Experience in B2B sales or service-based industries is an added advantage
