Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru for a Business Development Executive in the Portfolio Division. The role involves independently generating leads, identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and managing accounts specifically for portfolio and financial service offerings.
The candidate must consistently achieve monthly sales targets, take ownership of the entire sales cycle, and perform in a performance-driven, target-based environment.
Key Responsibilities- Generate and convert leads independently for portfolio services
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the financial domain
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships
- Manage end-to-end sales cycle including outreach, pitching, and closing
- Prepare proposals, negotiate deals, and onboard clients
- Develop and execute business development strategies
- Ensure client satisfaction and retention
- Achieve and exceed monthly revenue targets consistently
Qualifications- 23 years of experience in business development/sales
- Proven ability to perform in a target-driven sales environment
- Strong ability to independently source and close deals
- Experience in financial services, portfolio management, or consulting (preferred)
- Strong business strategy and account management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Goal-oriented with strong problem-solving skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
