Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru for a Business Development Executive. The Business Development Executive will be responsible for generating leads independently, identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and managing accounts. The candidate must actively source and generate leads on their own and consistently achieve monthly sales targets.
Daily responsibilities include strategizing business development efforts, conducting outreach, preparing proposals, negotiating deals, and ensuring client satisfaction through effective communication and collaborative solutions.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in New Business Development and Lead Generation
- Ability to independently generate leads and close business opportunities
- Strong skills in Business Strategy and Account Management
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Goal-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving capabilities
- Ability to meet and exceed monthly revenue targets
- Relevant experience in similar roles, preferably in the technology or consulting sectors
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
