We're Hiring: Business Development Executive (Field Marketing and sales profile)

What You'll Be Doing (Your Power Moves )

Visit schools, coaching institutes & market areas to promote Unacademy's NEET, JEE & Foundation courses

Conduct presentations, seminars, demos & on-ground promotional activities that turn heads

Build and maintain strong relationships with principals, coordinators & key decision-makers

Identify potential students and generate high-quality leads for the sales team

Actively support pre-sales activities (lead generation, counselling coordination, follow-ups)

Assist in post-sales activities including student onboarding, coordination, and issue resolution

Represent Unacademy professionally and ensure maximum brand visibility in the assigned territory

Share daily & weekly performance reports on visits, leads, and outcomes

Who You Are (The Ideal Match)

A confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills

Proactive, energetic & ready to hustle on the field

Target-driven with a passion for sales, marketing & education

Comfortable with extensive on-ground travel and interactions

Prior experience as a BDE in NEET/JEE course sales is a BIG plus!
