Job Summary
Ugaoo is hiring a driven Business Development Executive to grow its B2B landscaping and indoor plants business across corporate and institutional clients in Mumbai and Pune. The role involves lead generation, client pitching, and deal closures, requiring strong B2B sales experience, solid horticulture knowledge, and an outgoing, street-smart personality. The ideal candidate can quickly build relationships with facility managers, architects, and developers while taking initiative and driving results independently.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new B2B business opportunities across corporate offices, IT parks, hotels, co-working spaces, and real estate projects.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with facility managers, architects, builders, and project consultants.
- Drive sales for indoor plants, green walls, and landscaping solutions through consultative selling.
- Conduct client meetings, site visits, presentations, and product demonstrations.
- Prepare proposals, negotiate pricing, and close deals to meet revenue targets.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and client interactions using CRM tools.
- Track market trends, competitor activities, and new opportunities within the landscaping and green solutions sector.
- Coordinate with internal horticulture and operations teams to ensure smooth project execution and client satisfaction.
- Represent Ugaoo at networking events, industry meets, and client discussions.
Requirements:
- 24 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in landscaping, horticulture, interior design, or facilities management.
- Experience working with corporate clients in Mumbai and Pune.
- Experience working with large corporates, co-working spaces, green building firms, or similar B2B landscaping and interior plant solution providers.
- Bachelor's degree in Horticulture, Agriculture, Botany, Business Management, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of indoor plants, green walls, and commercial landscaping solutions.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Self-driven, target-oriented, and comfortable with field-based B2B sales
