Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Executive based at our Lower Parel West Mumbai location. The selected candidate will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, generating leads, managing client accounts, building relationships, and supporting sales initiatives. We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Business Development professional to expand our B2B and corporate presence. This role will involve collaborating with internal teams to deliver exceptional service and ensure customer satisfaction while contributing to the company's overall growth objectives.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in New Business Development and Lead Generation
• Excellent Communication skills to foster and manage client relationships effectively
• Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets
• Relevant experience in the food, hospitality, or retail industry is a plus
• Developing corporate and hospitality partnerships
• Identifying new sales channels and revenue opportunities
• Managing key client relationships
• Driving bulk, event and corporate gifting sales
• Market research and competitor tracking
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Self-driven and target oriented
