Role Overview
We are looking for a dynamic, results-driven Business Development Executive to onboard new gyms, fitness studios, and wellness centers onto the Truworth platform. The role will involve building relationships, negotiating partnerships, and ensuring a smooth onboarding experience so our partners can effectively sell memberships through Truworth.
Key Responsibilities
Prospect & Outreach: Identify and reach out to potential gyms, fitness studios, and wellness centers in target locations.
Partnership Negotiation: Pitch Truworth's value proposition, negotiate commercial terms, and finalize agreements.
Onboarding: Facilitate the onboarding process, ensuring all partner information, images, and offers are uploaded accurately.
Training & Support: Guide partners on how to use the platform to list and sell memberships effectively.
Relationship Management: Maintain strong, long-term relationships to ensure partner satisfaction and retention.
Market Intelligence: Stay updated on competitor offerings, industry trends, and local fitness market dynamics.
Requirements
13 years of experience in sales, partnerships, or business development (fitness/wellness industry a plus).
Strong negotiation and communication skills.
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and meet targets.
Good understanding of the fitness industry and membership models preferred.
Willingness to travel locally for client meetings.
