Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Business Development Executive role based in Gurugram. The Business Development Executive will identify and qualify new business opportunities, generate leads, and build a strong pipeline across office,turnkey office interiors, residential interiors, and emerging warehousing verticals. Responsibilities include meeting prospective clients, presenting TrueSeed.in's solutions, preparing proposals, and supporting negotiations to close commercial leasing and design-and-build deals. The role involves nurturing long-term relationships with corporate clients, coordinating with internal teams for smooth project execution, and tracking market trends in Gurugram and Delhi/NCR to inform sales strategies. The Business Development Executive will also maintain accurate records in CRM tools, provide regular performance reports, and actively contribute to brand visibility through networking and client outreach.
