Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Business Development Executive role based in Gurugram. The Business Development Executive will identify and qualify new business opportunities, generate leads, and build a strong pipeline across office,turnkey office interiors, residential interiors, and emerging warehousing verticals. Responsibilities include meeting prospective clients, presenting TrueSeed.in's solutions, preparing proposals, and supporting negotiations to close commercial leasing and design-and-build deals. The role involves nurturing long-term relationships with corporate clients, coordinating with internal teams for smooth project execution, and tracking market trends in Gurugram and Delhi/NCR to inform sales strategies. The Business Development Executive will also maintain accurate records in CRM tools, provide regular performance reports, and actively contribute to brand visibility through networking and client outreach.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in New Business Development and Lead Generation, with the ability to build and manage a sustainable sales pipeline.
  • Strong Business and Account Management skills to understand client needs, manage relationships, and drive repeat engagements.
  • Excellent Communication skills, including clear verbal and written communication and effective client presentation abilities.
  • Experience in commercial real estate, corporate leasing, or B2B services is highly beneficial.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Ability to work on-site in Gurugram, conduct client meetings, and travel locally within Delhi/NCR as needed.
  • Strong negotiation, networking, and interpersonal skills, with a results-oriented and ethical approach to business.
  • Comfort with CRM tools, basic MS Office applications, and data-driven reporting on sales activities and outcomes.
