Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Business Development Executive (B2B) role based in Gurugram. The Business Development Executive will identify and qualify new business opportunities, conduct outbound prospecting, and build a strong pipeline of B2B leads. The role involves conducting market research, understanding client requirements, and presenting App-Scoop's mobile and web development solutions to decision-makers. The individual will manage the end-to-end sales cycle, including discovery calls, proposals, negotiations, and deal closure. Day-to-day responsibilities also include maintaining relationships with existing accounts, collaborating with delivery and technical teams to align solutions with client needs, and preparing regular sales reports and forecasts.

Qualifications

  • 1-3 years of experience in new Business Development and Lead Generation, with proven experience building and managing a B2B sales pipeline.
  • Business and Account Management skills to understand customer needs, manage ongoing relationships, and identify upsell or cross-sell opportunities.
  • Excellent Communication skills, including the ability to present solutions clearly, handle objections, and engage with stakeholders at multiple levels.
  • Experience selling IT services, custom software, or digital solutions in a B2B environment is highly beneficial.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, meet targets, and use CRM and sales tools effectively.
  • Strong analytical, negotiation, and presentation skills, with a proactive and collaborative working style.
