Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Executive, located in Ernakulam. The Business Development Executive will be responsible for identifying and generating new business leads, developing and maintaining client relationships. Day-to-day tasks include conducting market research, understanding client needs, pitching solutions, creating proposals, and achieving sales targets. You will work closely with the sales and marketing teams to execute strategies that drive business growth.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in New Business Development and Lead Generation to identify and secure growth opportunities effectively
• Excellent Communication skills to engage with clients and collaborate with internal teams
• Strategic thinking, problem-solving abilities, and target-driven mindset
• Prior experience in a similar role is a plus
