Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Executive at our Trivandrum office. Responsibilities include identifying new business opportunities, generating leads, managing client accounts, and building long-term business relationships. The role also involves collaborating with internal teams to develop strategies for achieving sales targets and contributing to business growth.
Qualifications
- Proven skills in New Business Development and Lead Generation
- Strong understanding of Business strategies and practices
- Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal
- Experience in Account Management to maintain and develop client relationships
- Ability to work effectively in an on-site environment and within a team
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills
- Experience in sales-focused roles is an advantage
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
