Role Description

We are seeking a full-time Business Development Executive to join our team on-site at our Trivandrum office. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, generating quality leads, and creating and maintaining strong client relationships. You will also develop and implement effective sales strategies, manage client accounts, and support cross-functional teams to achieve business goals.

Qualifications
  • Proven expertise in New Business Development and Lead Generation
  • Strong skills in Account Management and building lasting client relationships
  • Excellent Communication skills and an ability to engage with diverse stakeholders
  • Understanding of business principles and strategies to contribute to organizational growth
  • Ability to work proactively in a dynamic environment and meet targets
  • Proficiency in CRM software and sales management tools is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • Prior experience in sales or business development roles is preferred
