Job Title: Business Development Executive (BDE)
Experience: 0–3 Years (Freshers & Experienced both can apply)
Location: Ahmedabad
Working Days: Monday to Friday
Shift: 9:00am to 7:00 pm
Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Business Development Executive to join our team in Ahmedabad. This role is open for both freshers and experienced candidates who are passionate about sales and client engagement. Candidates with prior experience in IT Business Development will have an added advantage.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and generate new business opportunities through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other platforms
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
Understand client requirements and propose suitable solutions
Conduct client meetings, presentations, and demos
Follow up with leads and convert them into business
Maintain accurate records of sales activities and pipeline
Achieve sales targets and contribute to company growth
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth execution
Required Skills:
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Strong interpersonal and client-handling abilities
Basic understanding of sales processes
Ability to work in a target-driven environment
Quick learner with a proactive approach
Knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, etc.)
Preferred (Good to Have):
Experience in IT Sales / IT Business Development
Familiarity with IT services, software, or tech products
Experience using CRM tools or LinkedIn for lead generation
Eligibility Criteria:
Graduate in any field (MBA preferred but not mandatory)
Freshers are welcome
Experienced candidates (especially IT BDE) will have an advantage
