Job Title: Account Executive

No of Positions: 01

Experience: 2 to 4 Years

Location: Prahlad Nagar, Ahmedabad

Shift Timing: US Shift (IST 4:30 PM to IST 01:30 AM)

Working Days: Monday – Saturday (Alternate Saturday Off & Every Sunday Off)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Account Executive to join our client's organization, a US-based MNC. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing accounts payable and receivable, processing invoices, monitoring financial transactions, and maintaining accurate accounting records. This role requires strong accounting knowledge, analytical ability, and proficiency with advanced Excel to support the organization's financial operations and reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) processes efficiently.

• Process vendor invoices and ensure accuracy in customer billing.

• Monitor AR aging reports and follow up with customers for timely payments.

• Reconcile bank statements, vendor accounts, and customer accounts regularly.

• Support month-end closing activities and assist in preparing financial reports.

• Maintain accurate and organized accounting records and documentation.

• Ensure proper verification and processing of invoices and financial transactions.

• Identify discrepancies and resolve issues related to AP/AR accounts.

• Assist in maintaining financial data and reports for management review.

• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal policies.

• Support internal and external audit requirements when needed.

• Communicate effectively with vendors, customers, and internal teams.

• Identify opportunities to improve accounting processes and efficiencies.

Qualifications and Skills:

• CA Inter / Semi-qualified CA / M.Com or equivalent qualification.

• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial processes.

• Advanced proficiency in MS Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, formulas).

• Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• High attention to detail and accuracy in financial data handling.

• Strong organizational and time-management skills.

• Good English communication skills (verbal and written).

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Comfortable working in the US Shift (4:30 PM to 1:30 AM).

• This is a full-time, permanent position based in Ahmedabad.
