Role: Business Development Executive

Location: Hybrid

*Note: Unpaid training with strong prospects for full-time employment based on performance.

Responsibilities

  • Identify, generate and qualify leads through various channels
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with students, colleges, and partners
  • Convert potential leads into successful business opportunities
  • Conduct market research and analyze industry trends
  • Assist in planning and executive sales and marketing strategies
  • Coordinate with internal teams for smooth onboarding and service delivery
  • Maintain regular follow-ups to ensure client satisfaction

Requirements

  • Master's degree, bachelor's degree or currently pursuing (MBA in any specialization)
  • Fresher and students with 0 years experience
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proactive, result-oriented, and self-motivated
  • Ability to work independently and meet targets
  • Interest in sales, marketing, data analytics, and business development
