Role: Relationship Manager – Lead Qualification (LQ)

Key Responsibilities

  • Connect with inbound leads and understand client wedding requirements.
  • Qualify leads based on budget, location, event type, and service expectations.
  • Build strong relationships with potential customers through calls, WhatsApp, and follow-ups.
  • Schedule consultations/meetings with the sales or planning team.
  • Maintain accurate lead details and updates in CRM systems.
  • Ensure quick response time and excellent customer experience.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for smooth lead handover and tracking.
  • Achieve lead qualification and conversion targets.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
  • 1–4 years of experience in customer handling, inside sales, relationship management, or lead qualification.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Comfortable handling multiple customer conversations daily.
  • Strong follow-up and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment.
  • Experience in wedding, events, hospitality, or service industry is an added advantage.
  • Ability to manage conversations, follow-ups, and coordination efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
