Business Development Executive (BDE) – EdTech

Job Role
We are looking for dynamic and target-driven Business Development Executives (BDE) to join our sales team. The ideal candidate should have strong B2C sales experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to achieve monthly sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
• Meet and exceed monthly sales targets.
• Sell 3–4 courses per month through consultative selling.
• Handle inside sales and direct customer interactions.
• Generate business from new and existing customer accounts.
• Manage calls, follow-ups, and customer communication effectively.
• Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable courses.
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth onboarding and support.
• Maintain accurate sales reports and updates.
Required Skills & Experience
• Minimum 3+ years of experience in B2C sales.
• Experience in EdTech sales or inside sales is preferred.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
• Self-motivated and result-oriented approach.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of CRM tools is an added advantage.
