Role Overview
We are looking for a driven and result-oriented Business Development Executive to drive enrolments and revenue growth for FLOWW learning programs through parent counselling, lead engagement, and consultative sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Connect with prospective parents and students through calls, WhatsApp, and follow-ups
- Counsel parents on suitable FLOWW learning programs
- Handle and nurture qualified leads for higher conversions
- Achieve weekly and monthly enrolment targets
- Maintain lead updates and sales activities in CRM tools like Lead Squared
- Coordinate with academic and support teams for smooth onboarding
- Handle objections and follow-up strategies effectively
- Share customer insights and market feedback with management
Must-Have Skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in Business Development / Inside Sales / EdTech Sales
- Strong negotiation and relationship management abilities
- Comfortable with cold calling and consultative selling
- Familiarity with CRM tools and sales processes
- Target-driven mindset with strong follow-up discipline
- Ability to work in a fast-paced sales environment
Preferred Background
- 1–5 years of relevant experience
- Experience in EdTech or education counselling preferred
- Fluency in English and regional languages is an added advantage
