Business Development Executive

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Executive based in Pune City. The Business Development Executive will focus on identifying and developing new business opportunities, generating leads, and managing client accounts to meet organizational targets. The individual will collaborate with different departments, create and execute strategic business plans, communicate effectively with stakeholders, and build long-lasting relationships with clients while contributing to overall growth objectives.

• Proven expertise in New Business Development and Lead Generation
• Strong skills in Business strategy and planning
• Excellent Communication skills, including presentation and negotiation abilities
• Experience in Account Management and client relationship building
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team as well as independently
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Proficiency in using CRM tools and Microsoft Office applications
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
• Experience in the design education or related industry is a plus
