Key Responsibilities
• Acquire new B2B clients and brands aligned with TCC's service offerings.
• Client Servicing & Relationship Management - Build, manage, and nurture long-term
relationships with existing clients to ensure retention and growth.
• Understand client business goals and translate them into relevant digital, media, and
marketing solutions.
• Act as the main liaison between clients and internal teams (strategy, performance, content,
design) to ensure seamless execution.
• Sales Pipeline Management - Build, track, and maintain a healthy sales pipeline from lead
generation to closure.
• Upselling & Cross-selling - Identify opportunities to expand accounts by introducing
additional agency services.
• Negotiation & Deal Closures
• Revenue & Performance Tracking
• Expand our client base in Indian and Overseas Market- UAE / US / EU
Qualifications & Skills
• 1–5 years of experience in Business Development, Client Servicing, B2B Sales, or Media Sales
• Prior experience in a digital marketing, advertising, or media agency is a plus
• Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
• Ability to manage multiple client accounts in a fast-paced environment
• Self-driven, target-oriented, and solution-focused mindset
• Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management abilities
• The ability to network and grow revenue in business
