Job Description

Job Title: Business Development Executive (BDE) - US Market

Location: Ahmedabad

Compensation: Fixed salary + Night Shift Allowance + Performance Incentives

Company Overview

Datastub India LLP is a fast-growing accounting outsourcing firm serving CPA firms and SMBs across the United States. We help clients reduce costs, improve efficiency, and scale operations through bookkeeping, accounting, tax, payroll, and CFO support services.

We are now building a high-performance outbound sales team to scale aggressively in 2026, and this role is central to that journey.

Role Overview

We are looking for ambitious and performance-driven business development executives who are passionate about outbound sales. This role focuses on generating qualified leads and building a strong sales pipeline through cold calling, LinkedIn outreach, and email campaigns.

You will work closely with leadership and gain direct exposure to international clients and strategic sales processes.

Key Responsibilities

Outbound Sales & Lead Generation:

  • Make 50–70 cold calls daily to US-based CPA firms and SMBs
  • Send 25–40 personalized LinkedIn messages and follow-ups
  • Execute targeted email outreach campaigns
  • Build prospect lists using tools like Apollo

Lead Qualification & Conversion:


  • Identify decision-makers and qualify leads
  • Book meetings with senior leadership
  • Maintain high-quality pipeline standards

CRM & Reporting:


  • Maintain accurate CRM records (Zoho/HubSpot)
  • Track follow-ups and lead status consistently
  • Submit weekly activity reports

Collaboration:


  • Support discovery calls and internal coordination
  • Work closely with the leadership and operations team

Requirements


Must-Have:

  • 2–5 years of B2B sales or business development experience
  • Experience with international clients (preferably US)
  • Strong English communication skills
  • Comfortable with night shifts
  • Familiarity with CRM tools

Good to Have:


  • Experience in the outsourcing/BPO/KPO industry
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo
  • Basic understanding of accounting tools (QuickBooks, Xero)
