Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team in Ahmedabad (Sola). The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new international business opportunities for our IT services company through LinkedIn, Upwork, cold calling, email outreach, networking, and other lead generation channels.

This role offers an attractive fixed salary along with performance-based incentives. Exceptional performers may also be considered for project partnership opportunities and additional growth incentives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct market research to identify potential clients and new business opportunities.
  • Generate international leads through LinkedIn, Upwork, cold calling, email campaigns, and networking.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
  • Schedule meetings with potential clients to understand their business needs and requirements.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals for company services.
  • Manage the complete sales cycle, from lead generation to project acquisition.
  • Participate in exhibitions, conferences, and industry events on behalf of the company.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful project onboarding and client satisfaction.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and contribute to company growth.

Requirements
  • 1+ years of experience in Business Development, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in lead generation and client acquisition, preferably in the IT industry.
  • Hands-on experience with LinkedIn, Upwork, cold calling, and other business development platforms.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and online collaboration tools.
  • Strong understanding of sales, marketing, and negotiation techniques.
  • Ability to create and deliver engaging presentations and proposals.
  • Self-motivated, target-oriented, and passionate about sales.
  • Strong interpersonal, networking, and relationship-building skills.
  • Quick learner with a proactive and results-driven approach.
