Job Description

Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and result oriented Business Development Executive (BDE). The candidate will be responsible for generating business opportunities, acquiring new clients, maintaining client relationships, and contributing to company growth through strategic sales initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and generate new business opportunities.
Handle complete sales cycle from lead generation to project closure.
Maintain CRM records and sales reports regularly.
Understand client requirements and handle client communications.
Create proposal documents with internal collaborations.
Conduct client meetings, presentations, and follow-ups.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Participate in business events, online bidding, and networking activities to expand business opportunities.
Required Skills
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Experience in IT service sales and business development.
Good understanding of proposal writing.
Strong presentation and relationship management skills.
Familiarity with CRM tools and sales reporting.
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or related field.
Minimum 3 years of experience in IT business development or IT sales with Over 7 years of over all Business Development Experience
Experience working with international clients.
