About the Role:
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the IT software domain.
Pitch and present company services to potential clients (international anddomestic).
Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients.
Conduct market research to identify new leads and potential markets.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction.
Meet and exceed sales targets and business growth goals.
Maintain records of sales activities, leads, and client communications in CRMtools.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Minimum 2+ years of experience as a Business Development Executive with someexperience in sales role as well in the IT Software / Tech industry.
Strong understanding of software services, IT solutions, and client acquisitionprocesses.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Proven track record in pitching clients and converting leads into business.
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently.
Familiar with LinkedIn outreach, email campaigns, and proposal drafting.
Good to Have:
Experience in handling international clients (US, EUR, or Middle East markets).
Understanding project life cycles in IT/software services.
Knowledge of CRM tools and sales analytics.
