JD- Business Development Executive / Manager
Location : Airoli - Mumbai, Maharashtra
ONSITE (U.S. Shift timings)
About the role:-
We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Executive
team member to join our USA team and play a pivotal role in driving our growth through exceptional Business Development processes.
Key Responsibilities: -
1. Acquiring and developing trusted relationships with a portfolio of U.S. clients - State, Federal, and/or large private companies.
2. Analyzing market trends and aligning them with Tech Army's strategies to identify opportunities.
3. Expanding business relationships with existing customers through consistent communication, understanding their needs, and identifying growth opportunities
4. Identifying, screening, and developing new business opportunities, including sourcing new clients.
5. Generating new leads, reaching out to decision-makers, screening potential business opportunities, and selecting deals aligned with our strategies.
6. Developing and implementing comprehensive outbound sales and business development strategies, sales processes, structure, and best practices across the organization
7. Maintaining a competitive mindset to identify new business opportunities and contribute to Tech Army's growth.
8. Demonstrating strong attention to detail, exceptional organization skills, and effective follow-up abilities
9. Cultivating new business partnerships and strengthening existing relationships to drive business growth, support community outreach, and achieve sales objectives.
10. Delivering strategic partnerships and acquisitions that align with the enterprise business strategy, from conceptualization to market testing and integration.
11. Developing and executing effective sales, marketing, and business development plans, including market database acquisition and integration
Qualifications & Skills:
1. Post graduation in Business administration (BBA / BS/ MBA) and/or a degree in engineering with a minimum of 5 years of business development /sales experience in a service / heavy engineering / manufacturing industry
2. Candidates with US IT consulting industry will be preferred.
3. Resourceful, and willing to conduct research on clients & contact individuals.
4. Open to travel for up to 20 days a month to client sites for meetings/conferences and to conduct/attend events/seminars within the USA, whenever necessary.
5. Presentable & professional appearance.
6. Quick learner with a proactive approach.
7. Excellent English communication & comprehension, detail-oriented
8. Innovative, Analytical, and a Team leader.
