Role Overview
We are seeking a motivated Business Development Executive to support our sales and growth initiatives. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a passion for sales and client acquisition, and the ability to identify and convert new business opportunities .
Key Responsibilities :
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, email outreach, and networking
- Build and maintain relationships with prospective and existing clients
- Understand client requirements and propose suitable solutions
- Schedule meetings and product demos with potential clients
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals
- Follow up on leads and convert prospects into customers
- Maintain CRM records and sales pipelines
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Qualification & Skills :
- 02 years of experience in business development, sales, or inside sales
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Basic understanding of sales processes and lead generation
- Ability to negotiate, persuade, and close deals
- Familiarity with CRM tools (Zoho, HubSpot, Salesforce plus)
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Willingness to learn, adapt, and work in a target-driven environment
Preferred Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Experience in IT services / SaaS / digital services (if applicable)
- Exposure to B2B or B2C sales
