Sprouts Edu Tours is looking for a high-energy Business Development Executive to be the bridge between our specialized educational modules and the leaders of India's top academic institutions.
What you'll do
- Drive Outreach: Conduct high-volume cold calling and email campaigns to School Directors, Principals, and HODs.
- Consultative Selling: Understand a school's specific curriculum (STEM, CAS, IAYP) and pitch customized Sprouts modules that align with their goals.
- Lead Management: Own the sales pipeline from initial contact to booking, ensuring meticulous tracking in our CRM (Streak/HubSpot).
- Expert Presentations: Conduct virtual demonstrations of our flagship programs like the Izmier Space Program and Environmental Education Camps.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the operations team to ensure the learning objectives promised during the sale are delivered on the ground.
Good to have
- You must be able to hold professional, authoritative conversations with School Heads and Directors.
- Experience selling to schools or managing complex B2B sales cycles is a huge plus.
- Comfortable using Gmail, CRM tools, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator to find the right contacts.
