Role Overview

We are seeking a motivated Business Development Executive to support our sales and growth initiatives. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a passion for sales and client acquisition, and the ability to identify and convert new business opportunities .

Key Responsibilities :

  • Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, email outreach, and networking
  • Build and maintain relationships with prospective and existing clients
  • Understand client requirements and propose suitable solutions
  • Schedule meetings and product demos with potential clients
  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals
  • Follow up on leads and convert prospects into customers
  • Maintain CRM records and sales pipelines
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

Qualification & Skills :

  • 02 years of experience in business development, sales, or inside sales
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Basic understanding of sales processes and lead generation
  • Ability to negotiate, persuade, and close deals
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (Zoho, HubSpot, Salesforce plus)
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Willingness to learn, adapt, and work in a target-driven environment

Preferred Qualifications :

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • Experience in IT services / SaaS / digital services (if applicable)
  • Exposure to B2B or B2C sales
