Role OverviewThe Business Development Executive – B2B will be responsible for driving institutional partnerships, generating qualified leads through B2B channels, and contributing to revenue growth through strategic tie-ups. The role requires strong relationship management, structured follow-ups, and a target-driven approach.
Key Responsibilities- Identify, develop, and manage partnerships with schools, training institutes, and organizations
- Generate leads through B2B tie-ups and institutional collaborations
- Drive admissions through partner channels and direct conversions
- Maintain a strong sales pipeline with consistent follow-ups
- Achieve monthly revenue and admission targets
- Update and manage CRM systems with accurate data
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding and enrollment
Candidate Profile- Graduate in any discipline
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience in B2B sales / business development
- Proven ability to build partnerships and close deals
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Highly target-oriented with disciplined follow-up practices
- Experience in EdTech / education sector is an added advantage
