About the Role

We're looking for a Senior Business Development Executive to drive growth across international markets for our CRM, marketing automation and RevOps services.

The ideal candidate should have experience in international client acquisition, outbound business development, proposal management, and sales conversations. You'll be responsible for identifying business opportunities, building relationships with prospects, and driving opportunities from initial outreach to closure.

This role is best suited for someone who understands consultative sales, is comfortable working with international clients, and can independently contribute to pipeline and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate and qualify business opportunities across international markets
  • Build relationships with potential clients through LinkedIn, Upwork, email outreach, networking, and referrals
  • Handle discovery calls and understand client business requirements
  • Prepare proposals, solution discussions, and commercial conversations
  • Drive end-to-end sales activities from prospecting to deal closure
  • Use LinkedIn Sales Navigator and other platforms for market research and client outreach
  • Manage Upwork bidding, proposal submissions, follow-ups, and client communication
  • Maintain sales pipeline and activity updates in CRM
  • Collaborate with internal teams for solution alignment and smooth project handover

What We're Looking For

  • 3-6 years of experience in Business Development or International Sales
  • Proven experience working with international clients, especially US/Europe markets
  • Hands-on experience with Upwork, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and outbound outreach
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Experience in IT services, SaaS, CRM, HubSpot, or digital solutions is preferred
  • Ability to independently manage sales conversations and business opportunities
  • Self-motivated, target-oriented, and commercially driven mindset
