Role Summary
We are seeking an experienced US Business Development Executive / Manager to drive client acquisition and revenue growth in the US market. The role involves identifying new business opportunities, building strong relationships with US-based clients, and promoting our outsourcing services across Accounting, RPO, IT, Web Development, and Marketing domains. This position requires strong sales acumen, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage the complete sales lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
· Develop and execute business development strategies for the US market
· Identify, qualify, and convert new business opportunities into long-term engagements
· Build and nurture relationships with key decision-makers, founders, and CXOs
· Generate leads through outbound sales, networking, and strategic partnerships
· Conduct market research to understand industry trends, client needs, and competitive landscape
· Prepare and present proposals, pricing models, and service presentations
· Collaborate with delivery and operations teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and satisfaction
· Maintain accurate sales pipelines, forecasts, and reports using CRM tools
Qualifications & Experience
· Experience: Minimum 2+ years in Business Development or Sales within US outsourcing services (Accounting/Bookkeeping, RPO, IT Services, Web Development, or Digital Marketing)
· Education: Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field
· Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
· Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets
· Hands-on experience with CRM tools and MS Office
· Ability to work effectively in US shift timings
