Job Description

Job Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Associate with 4+ years of experience in IT, Fintech, Loyalty, or SaaS industries. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, driving enterprise sales, building strong client relationships, and contributing to revenue growth across Channel Partners, Retail, and BFSI segments.

The candidate should possess strong consultative selling skills, a proven ability to manage end-to-end sales cycles, and experience in handling enterprise clients and strategic partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, generate, and develop new business opportunities across Channel Partners, Retail, BFSI, and Enterprise segments.
  • Manage the complete sales lifecycle including lead generation, prospecting, client meetings, solution demonstrations, proposal creation, negotiation, and deal closure.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, channel partners, distributors, and key stakeholders to drive long-term business growth.
  • Develop strategic partnerships and alliances to expand market presence and generate consistent sales pipelines.
  • Understand client business challenges and recommend customized loyalty, engagement, fintech, or SaaS-based solutions.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams including Product, Marketing, and Operations to align offerings with client requirements.
  • Manage key accounts and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction, retention, and account growth.
  • Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and industry trend tracking to identify new business opportunities.
  • Prepare sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and business updates using CRM tools.
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets while contributing to overall organizational growth strategy.
  • Represent the company at industry events, networking forums, and client meetings to enhance brand visibility and business opportunities.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
  • 4+ years of experience in Business Development, B2B Sales, or Enterprise Sales within IT, Fintech, Loyalty, SaaS, or Customer Engagement domains.
  • Strong exposure to Channel Partner Sales, Retail, and BFSI clients.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong networking and relationship management capabilities.
  • Ability to understand complex technology solutions and effectively communicate business value to clients.
  • Experience in handling enterprise-level deals and long sales cycles.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in CRM platforms and MS Office tools.
