Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Executive based in Surat. Responsibilities include identifying new business opportunities, generating leads, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and managing accounts. The role also involves promoting the company's services, negotiating contracts, and developing strategies to achieve sales targets. Collaboration with different teams to meet organizational growth goals is an integral part of the role.
Qualifications
- Proven skills in New Business Development and Lead Generation to identify and convert business opportunities.
- Strong understanding of Business and Account Management practices for maintaining client relationships and overseeing business processes effectively.
- Excellent Communication skills, including verbal and written, for conveying ideas and connecting with clients and team members.
- Proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
- Previous experience in sales or business development is advantageous.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
