WORK IN OFFICE
Experience: 1-3 years of experience in B2B lead generation, sales, or marketing
(agency experience preferred).
Salary Package: 25 to 40 LPA (depending upon how good is the candidate).
Working days:
Full-time (MonFri, 10 AM 7 PM)
1st - half an hour interview - conducted by Parth (Business Head)
2nd - Assignment round
3rd - 1 hour Final round (with MD) After documents verification)

Role Overview
We are looking for a driven and articulate Business Development Executive to join our
Mumbai team. The BD Executive will focus on generating leads, qualifying
opportunities, and building a strong sales pipeline for our AI video production business.
He will also be responsible for handling inbound leads. He/She will be the first point of
contact for potential clients and will play a key role in positioning Orange Videos as a
leading video production agency.
Key Responsibilities
Actively and timely reaching out , replying to in bound leads and following up with
them
Understanding the requirement and drafting proposals.
Identify and research potential clients across sectors
Be cognizant about latest updates in the video creation domain - top players,
competition agencies, what is trending, what can be pitched to the clients etc.
Generate and qualify leads through LinkedIn, email outreach, and CRM tools.
Craft and personalize outreach messages that highlight Orange Videos AI
capabilities.
Schedule and coordinate discovery calls and meetings for the business development
team.
Maintain an accurate record of outreach and progress in the CRM.
Support pitch preparation, proposal follow-ups, and lead nurturing.
Collaborate with marketing and creative teams to align on campaigns and case
studies.
Requirements
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in LinkedIn Sales Navigator, HubSpot, Apollo, or similar tools.
Strong research and organization skills.
Interest in creative production, AI tools, and emerging video technologies.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Performance Metrics
Number of qualified meetings booked per month.
Conversion ratio from outreach to meeting.
CRM data accuracy and responsiveness.
Contribution to quarterly revenue targets.
Growth Path
High-performing SDRs will have the opportunity to advance to Business Development
Manager or Account Executive roles as Orange Videos scales its AI video production
vertical.
