Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Sales Executive role located in Mumbai. The Sales Executive will be responsible for engaging prospective clients, developing strong client relationships, and achieving sales targets. Day-to-day tasks include identifying and reaching out to potential customers, presenting OLL's programs to schools and institutions, negotiating contracts, and ensuring client satisfaction. The role also involves collaborating with internal teams to align sales strategies with organizational goals and market trends.

Qualifications

  • Sales and negotiation skills to drive revenue and close deals
  • Effective communication, interpersonal, and presentation abilities
  • Knowledge of the education industry, skills development, or STEM-based educational programs is a plus
  • Customer relationship management and account management skills
  • Strong problem-solving ability and goal-oriented mindset
  • Proficiency in using CRM tools and other sales software is an advantage
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • Prior sales experience in education or technology sectors is highly desirable
