Job Description

We are seeking an energetic and self-motivated Business Development Executive (BDE) to drive business growth by identifying new opportunities, generating leads, and building strong customer relationships. The ideal candidate will be responsible for prospecting, client acquisition, sales presentations, and achieving revenue targets across our IT solutions portfolio.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and generate new business opportunities through field visits, cold calling, email campaigns, referrals, networking events, and market research.
  • Meet prospective clients to understand their business requirements and present suitable IT solutions.
  • Promote and sell Networking, Cybersecurity, IT Hardware, and Cloud solutions to business customers.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction.
  • Coordinate with technical and pre-sales teams to understand client requirements and prepare appropriate proposals.
  • Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and follow-up discussions with prospects.
  • Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales activity reports.
  • Maintain accurate customer and opportunity information in the CRM system.
  • Achieve assigned monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements to identify new business opportunities.
  • Attend customer meetings, exhibitions, business events, and networking forums as required.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Ability to work independently as well as within a team environment.
  • Basic understanding of IT products and services will be an added advantage.

Qualifications

  • MBA in Marketing, Business Administration, or related discipline preferred.
  • Freshers with strong communication and sales aptitude are encouraged to apply.
  • Candidates with 2–3 years of experience in B2B Sales, IT Sales, Corporate Sales, or
  • Business Development are preferred.
